Application Reminders
Spring 2027 applications for full-time enrollment are OPEN at this time. All students in Kindergarten through 12th grade are eligible to apply for the Spring 2027 semester in the full time St. Johns Virtual Program. Students can apply anytime during the window. The sooner in the window the student applies helps our team register them for Spring to begin when classes resume. Applicants who have not been registered in the school district before should upload transcripts and test scores from their prior school.
Planning ahead? Fall 2027 application window will be May 3-June 30.
*Note: This application is not the same as the district Home Education program. To register for Home Ed, visit the Home Education website. Home Ed students can take courses with St. Johns Virtual School, but are not able to participate in other activities on our campus, including graduation. For questions, contact us.
Factors that Increase Likelihood of Full-Time Program Acceptance (not requirements)
- No lower than a 2.5 unweighted grade point average (GPA)
- Few school absences
- Limited to no discipline history (If student has a history, a phone call/email from an administrator or counselor at your current school can assist)
- No grade lower than an A or B in virtual courses
- No grade lower than a C in brick-and-mortar courses
Requirements for Full Time St. Johns Virtual Students
- Participation in annual state testing on SJV’s campus
- Personal computer and reliable internet (not provided by the school district)
- Parent/guardian and student ability to respond to school communication. This is imperative since in person interaction is limited.
