Parent/Guardian Account
SJVS values parents as essential partners in education. Through the Parent/Guardian Account, parents can take an active role by viewing course requests and monitoring their student’s progress, ensuring a hands-on approach to their academic journey at SJVS.
With your Parent/Guardian Account you will have:
- 24-7 online access to submitted and/or graded assignments
- Pacing guides and recordings of live lessons
- Teacher contact info
How to create your Parent/Guardian Account:
- Student Completes Application: First, the student must complete the sign up process. Once the student has completed the online application he/she will receive a Student Username/ Password. You will need this Student Username/ Password to create your Parent/Guardian Account.

How to add new students to your Parent/Guardian Account:
- Login to your account.
- Under “Student Records” – click on “Add Another Student”
- The page will refresh and ask to enter the student’s login information to connect the two account.
How to change your physical school in your virtual account:
- Log in to your virtual account at flvs.net
- Click the menu in the top left corner (three lines)
- Click Student Records, then Academic Profile
- Ensure the correct district is selected
- Select your new school from the Physical School drop-down menu
- Click Save at the bottom right of the page
