The St. Johns County School District provides a secure and convenient online system for requesting student records for students in grades PK-12. To ensure the protection of student information and expedite processing, all records requests must be submitted through this online portal.  Requests submitted by email or fax cannot be accepted.

Under the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), educational records may be released to officials of other schools or school districts in which a student seeks or intends to enroll without written consent from a parent, guardian or eligible student.

Requests from individuals, agencies, organizations, or institutions outside of the educational system require written authorization from the parent, guardian, or eligible student before records can be released.

Please review all information carefully before submitting your request. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay processing.

Updates regarding your request, including confirmation and delivery notifications, will be sent to the email address provided during the submission process.
